How long will it take for delivery after a successful order is placed ?

After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days.

What delivery services are available?

You can choose general delivery service or smart locker pick-up service.

Will there be any shipping charges for the delivery service?

Except for promotions specifically noted on the official online store, the general shipping fee is HK$50. If you purchase over HK$500, you will enjoy free shipping.

What should I do if I find there is a problem with my order?

Can I return it?

Generally, returns or exchanges are not accepted after receipt, except for sensitive customers (a medical certificate or sensitive photo must be provided.) If you want to return the goods, please contact us via email to sales@skinique.com.hk or whatsapp 9669 4795 with the following information: We will reply and process as soon as possible during office hours.

  • Customer name
  • Order number and purchase date
  • The name and quantity of the goods to be returned
  • Reason for return (please attach product photo)
  • Mail returns to this website's address: Room 703 , Chinachem Leighton Plaza, 29 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
  • Items can only be exchanged once and no shipping charges will be refunded.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances or products:

  • The product delivery period has exceeded 7 days
  • The product has been opened or has been used (for example, the packaging tape or box has been removed ) .
  • The product has not been properly packaged, for example, has been damaged, damaged or incomplete.

How long does it take to return a product?
